It’s unclear who did it or why.
As many as five life-size human sculptures made entirely of tape were set up in various poses dangling off the suicide barriers along the High Level Bridge Sunday morning.
A spokesperson for the City of Edmonton says the tape sculptures were not part of any commissioned art project.

They were taken down by city staff later the same day and the incident is being considered an act of vandalism.
The suicide barriers along the bridge have been a focus of frustration for some Edmontonians recently.

The design has narrowed the walkways making it difficult for pedestrians and cyclist to share the sidewalk.
