All four occupants in the SUV, two adults and two children, were transported to hospital with minor injuries
“Although the investigation is ongoing, speed and driver error are believed to be factors,” Turner Valley RCMP said in a Monday news release.
RCMP have charged the driver of the SUV, a 39-year-old man from Washington State, with performing an unsafe u-turn.
