A pedestrian suffered serious injuries in a hit and run incident in the city’s southeast on Monday.
Police were called to the intersection of 26 Street and 15 Avenue S.E. at around 5:30 p.m. after witnesses reported seeing a man hit by a car.

The victim, a man in his 30s, was rushed to the Foothills Medical Centre in critical but stable condition.
Police said a vehicle matching the description of the one involved has been located and charges are pending against the driver.
