Law enforcement officials arrested several people after a two-month drug investigation into the sale of cocaine and fentanyl.
On Thursday, Regina’s Combined Forces Special Enforcement Unit (CFSEU) arrested Cecil Patrick Francis of Pilot Butte in Regina. According to police, Francis had a .45 calibre pistol on him when he was arrested.

Police then got search warrants for vehicles and residences that are associated with Francis. After the searches, police seized ten ounces of cocaine.
During the course of the investigation, an additional two ounces of cocaine and two ounces of fentanyl were found.
Cecil Patrick Francis is facing a slew of drug charges including possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking, fail to comply with release conditions and unauthorized possession of a weapon.
Orrain Hall, Angela Quewzance and Andrew Dobko are also all facing possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking charges.
Francis and Hall remain in police custody and have their next court appearance on June 24.
