There have been rumours bubbling around Hollywood for years now that former football star O.J. Simpson is actually the real father of Khloe Kardashian.
Now, according to The Daily Mail, Simpson has said that he’s willing to take a DNA test to prove once and for all that he is not Kardashian’s father. In the past, Kardashian herself has vehemently denied that anyone other than late lawyer Robert Kardashian is her father.

As TV audiences have seen recently with the glut of Simpson shows, specials and documentaries, Kris Jenner (Khloe’s mother), along with Robert Kardashian, would frequently attend social events with Simpson. Robert Kardashian and Simpson were very good friends before his death in 2003 from esophageal cancer. Khloe, 31, is the third of four children.
Jeffrey Felix, a former Lovelock Correctional Center prison guard (in Nevada, where Simpson is currently incarcerated) who wrote a book about Simpson called Guarding the Juice, claims that prison authorities have given permission for the test to proceed.
The DNA test, which would involve a simple swab of the inner cheek, would take a matter of seconds.

Felix said to The Daily Mail that Khloe pleaded with Simpson to do a paternity test to put the rumours to bed. Simpson apparently has conditions of his own if he’s to go through with the testing.
“She has to go there and talk to him,” said Felix. “He wants her to come out to Lovelock and visit him in person. O.J. will do it and the prison officials have told him they will allow it. It’s just a quick mouth swab and they would allow it to happen during a visit.”
Khloe has taken the issue to Twitter, lambasting journalists and TV personalities who bring up the possibility that Simpson is her father.
For her part, Jenner insists that it’s nothing more than a long-running “family joke.”
