A man wanted in connection to a violent home invasion in Saskatchewan last year has been taken into custody. RCMP captured Desmond Lee Pambrun, 30, on Friday on the the Muskowekwan First Nation.
On Dec. 23, 2015, police responded to a scene after a group of men had forced their way into a residence in Lestock, Sask. and assaulted a 56-year-old man with a baseball bat.

The victim was taken to hospital with what were described as non-life threatening injuries.
Pambrun is facing charges of aggravated assault, breaking and entering, robbery while armed with an offensive weapon and concealing his face with intent to commit an indictable offence.
RCMP say he will face an additional charge of resisting a peace officer and is expected to appear in Punnichy court on June 14.
Two other men, ages 20 and 36, have also been charged in connection to the incident.
