The crowd at the Starlight Drive-In Theatre in Enderby waited with anticipation for dusk to begin watching the movie.

While the main stars of the film did not attend the event, several of the cast mingled with the crowd.

Locals say the movie helped shine a spotlight on the small Okanagan town.

The film will be released in theatres June 10.
