MONTREAL – South shore residents in the municipality of Sainte-Julie are being advised to boil their tap water for one minute before consuming it.
The advisory was issued on Friday following major work on a broken water main that caused a drop in water pressure.
The advisory is expected to remain in place for 48 hours as a precautionary measure and is expected to be lifted Monday morning.
Residents can visit the city’s website for more information or to sign up for email or text alerts.
