An Alberta CBC employee was badly injured in a crash near Lac La Biche on Thursday.
It happened at around 5:25 a.m. on Highway 55 and Range Road 155.
RCMP said the CBC vehicle was eastbound when it left the road, coming to rest in a ditch.

The driver of the vehicle, a man in his 30s, was taken to hospital in critical condition by STARS Air Ambulance.
According to CBC, the victim was a videographer with CBC Radio-Canada.

RCMP said “all possible contributing factors” related to the collision were being considered.
The collision caused the temporary closure of Highway 55.
Lac La Biche is located about 200 kilometres northeast of Edmonton.
