A dump truck driver faced a scary situation on the Queensborough Bridge Wednesday morning after his truck rolled over on the southbound on-ramp from Stewardson Way.
Firefighters rushed to the scene to rescue the driver, who was pinned inside the vehicle.

They pulled him from the rig safely. He did not suffer any life-threatening injuries.
Clean-up could take some time so drivers are asked to avoid the area this morning. Access to the bridge southbound is only accessible from Marine Way.
