Masked man armed with knife robs Saskatoon business

SASKATOON – The search is on for the man who robbed a Saskatoon business. Police say the lone man entered a business in the 2600-block of Broadway Avenue on Thursday around 8:30 p.m. CT.

He was armed with a knife and was wearing a black mask.

Police say he handed a note to an employee and then made off with an undetermined amount of cash. He was last seen in the area of Dufferin Avenue and Butte Street, getting into a small black car similar to a Honda Civic.

He is approximately five-foot ten with a slim build and was wearing a black hoodie and torn black pants.
