Police cited public safety concerns in their motion to have the club’s license revoked.

Fréderic Dubé, an investigator with the SPVM said police fear possible retaliatory action by gang members for last Monday’s shooting.

Meanwhile, the owners of the club said they were putting measures in place to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future.
