Saskatoon police trying to identify armed robbery suspect on bike

SASKATOON – Investigators are asking for the public’s help in solving an armed robbery that took place on April 2. At around 7:20 p.m. CT, a man brandishing what appeared to be a handgun entered an establishment in the 200-block of 33rd Street West and demanded money.

He fled on a black bicycle with an undisclosed amount of cash and was last seen heading northbound on Avenue C from 33rd Street.

No injuries were reported.

Saskatoon police have released surveillance photos of the man in the hope someone can identify him.

The man is described as having a slim build, about five-foot seven and around 160 pounds. He was wearing black clothing and had a black ball cap and black sunglasses.
