WINNIPEG – Manitoba RCMP have laid charges against the suspect in a double shooting on Dakota Tipi First Nation.
Irvine William Tyson Pache, 31, was arrested Thursday afternoon, almost nine hours after Mounties first responded to reports of shots fired.

Pache has been charged with two counts of attempted murder, breaking and entering with intent to commit, uttering threats and five firearm charges.
He`s scheduled to make a court appearance in Portage La Prairie provincial court on Monday morning.
A man and woman were sent to hospital in serious condition after the shooting.
