Two children are safe and a Saskatchewan man has been arrested following a child luring investigation that spanned two countries. The arrest happened Thursday following a joint investigation by the Saskatchewan Ice unit, Southend RCMP and the Estes Park Police Department in Colorado.
The investigation into the luring of children under the age of 14, one from Canada and the other from the United States, started in August 2015.

Police officials say some of the alleged offences have been ongoing since August 2012, but were only recently reported.

On Thursday, members of the Saskatchewan ICE unit and Meadow Lake RCMP searched a house in Meadow Lake and arrested a 23-year-old man.
Among the 11 charges he is facing are luring, making, distributing and possessing child pornography, making explicit sexual material available to a child and sexual interference.
His name is not being released to protect the identity of the children.
He is being held in custody until an appearance in Meadow Lake provincial court on Monday.
