Charlotte’s Web stopped at Canadian border

A Summerland couple is sounding the alarm after learning that the medical marijuana they give their granddaughter has been held up at the US border. And they say the health of dozens of Canadian children who rely on medical marijuana is being put at risk because of a crackdown by Canada Border Services Agency. Kelly Hayes reports.
