It started in a dumpster and spread to the Rice for King restaurant.

A pub across the street was open at the time. One of the pub’s doormen ran across the parking lot with a fire extinguisher and tried to put out the flames.

About 50 people witnessed firefighters battle the fire. The restaurant was partially damaged.

No word on a cause.
