Those who are up early enough today in parts of the Southern Interior will get a few sunny breaks in the morning, but with the advancement of the next system we will see increasing cloud and late day showers.

The showers will ease tomorrow morning, and a midday break is possible. The threat of isolated showers will stay in the forecast Thursday afternoon and evening.
The unsettled weather pattern continues into the weekend under a mild southwesterly flow aloft.
