Those who are up early enough on Wednesday in parts of the Southern Interior will get a few sunny breaks in the morning, but with the advancement of the next system we will see increasing cloud and late day showers.

On Thursday morning, the showers will ease and a midday break is possible. The threat of isolated showers will stay in the forecast Thursday afternoon and evening.
The unsettled weather pattern continues into the weekend under a southwesterly flow aloft.
