The four projects receiving money are Blairmore Landing, Stonebridge Villas, Coad Crossing and Hartford Crossing.

“HeadStart will enable more Saskatchewan families to transition from rental units to homeownership,” Social Services Minister June Draude said in making the announcement.

Work is already underway at Blairmore Landing, which consists of 74 units priced between $138,500 and $217,900.

It is expected to be ready for occupancy in January 2013.
