A 33-year-old man is facing child pornography charges after Halifax police searched a home in Fairview last Thursday.
Robin Perry Windsor was arrested and charged with possession of child pornography and accessing child pornography after police seized computer equipment from an address on Main Avenue.

Windsor was released from custody on conditions to not have contact with children under the age of 16, not possess a device capable of accessing the internet, and not be within 50 metres of a place frequented by children.
He is scheduled to appear in court on March 29.
