SASKATOON – Two scary situations in Saskatoon over the weekend has police warning homeowners to make sure doors and windows are locked. Both incidents happened minutes apart early Sunday morning in the Sutherland neighbourhood.
Officers were first called to an apartment in the 400-block of 115th Street around 3:50 a.m. CT. A woman reported that she woke up to find she was being touched by a man.
Police received a similar call minutes later. A father in a nearby apartment told officers he heard a suspicious noise and then saw a man in his child’s bedroom.
No one was physically injured in either incident.
Police believe the man entered the apartments through patio doors.

The suspect is between five-foot ten and six-feet tall, around 200 pounds with light coloured hair in a brush cut. He was wearing a black leather jacket, a grey full-zip hoodie, jeans and white- or light-coloured running shoes.
Police are advising everyone to ensure doors and windows are locked and to immediately report any suspicious activity.
