Man charged with murder in Kinley, Sask. death

A man is facing a murder charge in a sudden death investigation. Gabriel Faucher, 43, is charged with second-degree murder in the death of Beverly Littlecrow.

Mounties were called to a home in Kinley, Sask. on the afternoon of Jan. 24 for a report of a sudden death. Littlecrow, 36, was pronounced dead at a Saskatoon hospital.

Police say their investigation determined Littlecrow’s death was suspicious. Faucher was arrested Tuesday at a business in Saskatoon.

Littlecrow and Faucher were known to each other.

Faucher has made his first court appearance and will remain in custody until his next court appearance on Feb. 17 in North Battleford.
