Cody Bauer and Kristopher Goerzen are both charged with first-degree murder of Lush.
During the preliminary inquiry, a provincial court judge will determine if there is sufficient evidence to order the two men to stand trial.
Both Goerzen and Bauer remain in custody.
Bauer was denied bail on Friday by a Queen’s Bench Justice.
