One of the men accused of murdering 18-year-old Baylee Wylie made a brief court appearance on Thursday.
Emotions ran high in Moncton provincial court, as Tyler Noel appeared before judge Irwin Lampert.
Noel is charged with first degree murder and arson in the death of Wylie, whose body was discovered following a fire at a Moncton triplex on Dec. 17.

The courtroom was so full that the Sheriff had to ask people to wait in the hallway.
When Noel entered the courtroom, Amanda broke down in tears.
At one point during the proceedings, Noel raised his voice and had an outburst in the court. From behind the glass, he yelled across the courtroom at a supporter of the Wylie family, to stop staring at him.
Judge Lampert told Noel to contain himself and he later apologized for the outburst.
Defence lawyer Wendell Maxwell, said he needed more time to consult with Noel, and the case was adjourned until Feb. 15. Noel remains in custody.
