Teen charged with accessory after the fact in connection with Baylee Wylie murder

Another arrest has been made in the murder of Baylee Wylie, this time, a young man has been charged with accessory after the fact.

Police arrested 18-year-old Zachary Holden, from Moncton, and has been charged with accessory after the fact to murder, unlawfully being in a dwelling house, flight from police and dangerous driving.

A second man, 20-year-old Bradley John Bonnell of Wheaton Settlement, was also arrested and charged with unlawfully being in a dwelling house.

The two young men were arrested while in the company of Tyler Noel, who was arrested at the same time. Police believe Noel had been hiding out in a cottage in Elgin.

He was wanted after police issued a Canada-Wide warrant in connection with the “extremely violent” murder of Wylie. He has been charged with first-degree murder and arson and remains in police custody.

Police are still looking for 20-year-old Marissa Shephard, who is also wanted on a Canada-wide warrant. She has been charged with first-degree murder and arson in connection with Wylie’s death.

18-year-old Devin Morningstar was also arrested and charged with first-degree murder and arson.

Baylee Wylie was found dead in a burned out house in Moncton in December.
