#YourOkanagan calendar campaign raises $46,225

KELOWNA — In its inaugural year, Global Okanagan’s #YourOkanagan calendar campaign raised $46,225. Proceeds will go to various Okanagan food banks.

For more than two decades, Global Okanagan’s annual fundraiser was the Good News Bears program.

In 25 years, the Good News Bears fundraiser collected more than $3.57-million for local food banks. However, 2014 was the final year of the program and in 2015 the #YourOkanagan calendar campaign was launched.
