KELOWNA — A local group has stepped up to help Okanagan food banks, with a generous donation to the #YourOkanagan calendar campaign.
Judy Banman from the Okanagan Classic Thunderbird Club stopped by Global Okanagan today to deliver $400 in donations for the Penticton, Vernon, Kelowna and Lake Country food banks.

You still have time to support our local food banks this holiday season and for a minimum donation of $25, take home a calendar with some amazing pictures from local viewers.
The #YourOkanagan calendar campaign runs until the middle of December.
Here’s how you can pick-up your calendar:
- Mail a cheque to our Global Okanagan studios: 342 Leon Avenue, Kelowna
- Drop by our Global Okanagan studio in Kelowna anytime during business hours
- Visit Vernon’s Village Green Mall on December 10
- Visit Kelowna’s Orchard Park Mall on December 11-13
