SASKATOON – Ivan Nikolishin had two goals and an assist, Rylan Toth stopped all 27 shots he faced, and the Red Deer Rebels shut out the Saskatoon Blades 5-0 for their fifth-straight win on Wednesday in Western Hockey League action. Adam Helewka scored once and added two assists for Red Deer (29-13-0).

Haydn Fleury had a goal and an assist while Austin Pratt had the other.

Brock Hamm kicked out 33 shots for the Blades (15-22-3).

The Rebels scored twice on four power plays as Saskatoon went scoreless on five opportunities.

The Blades host the Medicine Hat Tigers next on Friday at SaskTel Centre.
