3 suspects arrested by RCMP after woman shot in the head

Saskatchewan RCMP have called off the search for three suspects wanted for attempted murder. Damian Kiefer Dillon, 21, Jesse Eric Dillon, 24, and 27-year-old Terrance Charles Stonechild have been arrested.

All three remain in custody and are scheduled to appear in Lloydminster provincial court Thursday morning.

On Dec. 6, RCMP were called to a residence at Onion Lake Cree Nation where a 24-year-old woman had sustained a gunshot to the head. Her injuries were reported to be serious; however, she was released from hospital.

The suspects were wanted for attempted murder, aggravated assault and commission of an offence for criminal organization.

RCMP said the suspects and the victim are from Onion Lake Cree Nation.
