The coolest sewer denizens around are heading back to the big screen in 2016.
Yes, that’s right, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are returning for a second go-around in this sequel to 2014’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles reboot. This time around, Arrow‘s Stephen Amell (a fellow Canadian) will be taking on the role of turtle ally Casey Jones, and classic characters Bebop and Rocksteady, along with Vernon Fenwick (played by another Canadian, Will Arnett), will be making their first appearances in the long-running franchise.

It looks like The Foot Clan is back to its old tricks, although one scene in the trailer seems to indicate something otherworldly may be infiltrating New York City, the turtles’ hood. Wisecracks, brotherly love, explosions and epic fight scenes are the name of the game here.
And not to worry, turtles fans, Megan Fox is reprising her role as April O’Neil.
