RCMP describe the 46-year-old as being 6’2″ tall, 150 lbs with blue eyes and red hair. He has tattoos on his hands, arms, legs, back and chest.

McClelland has been serving a three-year sentence after burning down his former spouse’s rented home.

McClelland pleaded guilty in May of 2010 to one count of arson.

At the time, the Judge in McClelland’s trial said the man is in need of extensive treatment for anti-social and borderline personality disorders, alcohol dependence and anger management.
