SASKATOON – Family and friends of Karina Wolfe continue to commemorate her. On Tuesday, a memorial service was held for Wolfe in Saskatoon.
Wolfe’s remains were found by police last month after her accused killer gave himself up to authorities.
She had been missing since 2010. Wolfe was 20 at the time of her disappearance.
After the memorial service, her casket was taken to her home community, the Muskeg Lake Cree Nation. Wolfe’s funeral service will be held there Thursday afternoon.

Jerry Constant, 33, has been charged with second-degree murder and offering an indignity to human remains.
He has been order to undergo a psychological assessment prior to his next court appearance on Dec. 8.
