Police investigate armed robbery at Lethbridge gas station

EDMONTON – Lethbridge police are looking for two men after an armed robbery at a Safeway Gas Bar Saturday night.

Police said two young men entered the gas station at 2750 Fairway Plaza Road South at around 10:35 p.m., produced a gun and demanded cash from the clerks. Officers said the two clerks were not injured in the robbery, but an “undisclosed amount of money was handed over.”

One of the suspects is described as 5’1″ tall with a skinny build. He was wearing a black hoodie, black gloves and a black balaclava.

The other man is described as 5’11” to 6′ tall with a skinny build. He was wearing a red hoodie, blue jeans and a black balaclava.
