HALIFAX – Police are looking for two suspects after a man was attacked with a metal pipe on the Halifax Commons.
They say the man was walking through the park Sunday evening when he was approached by two men who demanded his phone and other articles.

Investigators say the man handed over the items, but the bandits still whacked him with the pipe, inflicting minor injuries, before fleeing.
Police say the assailants both wore black hoodies and one had his face partially covered.
