Morinville RCMP search for armed and dangerous man in Edmonton area

EDMONTON – Officers are searching for 31-year-old Edward Arthur Vallee.

Police believe he’s is hiding somewhere in north Edmonton. Vallee’s wanted on several outstanding warrants, including an incident where firearms were stolen.

He may be armed and is considered to be dangerous.

Vallee is described as:

• Caucasian male;
• 6’1″;
• Approximately 200 lbs.;
• Short dark brown hair or shaved head;
• Blue eyes;
• Usually clean-shaven but was recently described as unshaven and looking disheveled;
• Tattoos: black flames around right wrist and forearm;
• Tattoos: what appears to be a tattoo of “stained glass” on left forearm.

When seen last, Vallee was believed to be driving a stolen 2001 Blue Dodge Ram pick-up truck with Alberta licence plate DEZ 179.  This vehicle has not yet been located by police.

He is known to frequent the Morinville area, Fort Saskatchewan and north Edmonton.

Officers urge the public not to approach Vallee.
