RCMP have made an arrest in a historical sexual assault case from Yorkton, Saskatchewan.
In April 2015, an adult male contacted RCMP to file a report on a sexual assault. The man reported he first met the alleged assaulter – 65-year-old Ernie Rist – at a residence in Yorkton where children under the age of 12 were known to frequent.
On October 3rd police arrested Rist at a house in Theodore, Saskatchewan and charged him with Sexual Assault.
