REGINA – Two people have been arrested after a home invasion in Balcarres, Sask. in late September.

RCMP were called to a home in Balcarres on Sept. 29 after a man was assaulted in his bedroom and had his house robbed and vandalized.

On Oct. 3, RCMP in Fort Qu’Appelle arrested 18-year-old Jack Dieter from Peepeekeekisis First Nation and charged him with break and enter and assault causing bodily harm.

A male youth is also facing the same charges.

Both men made their first court appearance on Monday in Fort Qu’Appelle.
