COLDSTREAM – The Vernon RCMP didn’t find any injured people in a shots fired investigation in Coldstream over the weekend.
Police were called to a property in the 6400 block of Highway 6 at 1:35 a.m. Saturday where there was a confrontation in a front yard area between two groups of people.

Two men were arrested and later released without charges.
RCMP spokesperson, Cst. Jocelyn Noseworthy, says a gun and drugs were seized.
RCMP believe the two groups were not known to each other.
Noseworthy says the type of gun and the number of shots fired are not being revealed.
