Three teens and a 20-year-old woman are facing charges in connection with a shocking video making the rounds online.
Cellphone footage shows a 16-year-old McDonald’s employee in Laplace, Louisiana getting pulled through the drive-thru window by her hair, before being punched several times.
The St. John the Baptist Parish Sheriff’s Office said 17-year-old Kailin Holland was arrested and charged with second-degree battery for pulling the McDonald’s employee through the window.

“It’s unbelievable. It’s disturbing. It’s embarrassing,” said Sheriff Michael Tregre in an interview with ABC affiliate WGNO. “We have some young ladies here who may have lost their way to think that this is acceptable.”
Tregre said he had never witnessed something so shocking in his 27-year career in law enforcement.
“I mean, animals don’t really act like that,” he told CBS affiliate WWLTV.
The motive seems to be unclear, but authorities believe the girls may have been arguing over social media, namely, Snapchat.
WGNO reports that employees at the McDonald’s, which is incidentally located right across the street from the Sheriff’s office, say the 16-year-old victim is recovering well.
