WINNIPEG — Guido Amsel will find out Friday if he will get bail.
The alleged letter bomber is accused of sending several explosives in the mail earlier this summer. He has been charged with three counts of attempted murder.

After two separate days of arguments the judge decided Wednesday to reserve her decision to Friday.

The bail hearing is under a publication ban, but Amsel’s lawyer said they are asking the judge for Amsel to wear an ankle monitoring bracelet and his wife to have a $100,000 surety as bail conditions.
