SASKATOON – So far, so good for the Saskatoon Hilltops. The boys in blue and gold were 2-0 going into their home opener against the Winnipeg Rifles at SMF Field Sunday afternoon.

After four quarters of football, Saskatoon toppled Winnipeg 65-9.

Last weekend, the Hilltops defeated the Rifles 50-8 in Manitoba.

Saskatoon will host the Regina Thunder next on Sept. 5. Both teams are undefeated this season.

The Hilltops are looking to defend their Canadian Junior Football League (CJFL) championship title this season.
