Now that Mike Duffy’s Senate expense scandal has resumed, Harper’s faced consistent questions over some apparent inconsistency between his own story and testimony from ex-chief of staff Nigel Wright.

You expect a certain amount of repetition from any party leader on the campaign trail, but Harper’s responses to questions about apparent inconsistency over Nigel Wright’s $90,000 cheque transcend “well-rehearsed” and veer into “repetitive” territory.
