The suspect asked the driver to provide her licence and registration, before taking the documents back to his vehicle. He returned to the car, telling the driver to slow down and that he had issued her a $200.00 fine and three demerit points on her licence.
Police say the suspect was in his 20s or early 30s with short dark hair, dark facial hair, dark eyes and a slim build. He had a long face with a square chin and was wearing a tan uniform with a fake police badge pinned to his chest.
