REGINA – One man is facing charges after an assault in the Broders Annex area of Regina on Saturday night.
Police were called to the 2600 block of Winnipeg Street where they were told two men entered a house carrying a gun and a baseball bat, then left.

When police got to the house they found a 23-year-old man who had been beaten. He had minor injuries and refused medical treatment.

Christopher Tyson Salateski, 25, is facing several charges including Assault With a Weapon.
Salateski made his first court appearance on Monday morning.
