TORONTO – Police have arrested a man for allegedly sexually assaulting a sex trade working in downtown Toronto last week.
It is alleged a 49-year-old woman was in the area of Dundas St. W. and Claremont St. around 2:45 p.m. on July 22 when she was approached by the accused and sexually assaulted.

Police say the victim was taken to hospital with minor injuries and later released.
Peter Gorshkov, 31, of Toronto has been charged with one count of aggravated sexual assault.

Police say the suspect may have targeted other sex trade workers and are asking for victims to come forward.
