REGINA – A local artist has helped breathe new life into a decade-old mural in Regina’s Cathedral neighbourhood.

It took Josh Goff more than 30 hours to complete the project. His new artwork features four elements: Earth, wind, fire and water.

Goff, who isn’t the original artist, believes he was able to deliver what residents had envisioned.

“They’re very happy with it, all of them have come out and expressed how thankful they were and how they really loved it,” said Goff.

“That’s always a good part to hear, giving people art they appreciate.”
