MONTREAL – Visiting the Taj Mahal or the Leaning Tower of Pisa has just gotten a lot easier, thanks to the Eaton Centre’s Grévin Museum.
The World in Mega Bloks exhibit displays miniature versions of famous buildings, structures and even entire city skylines out of mega bloks.
It uses close to two million blocks, with over 80,000 of them dedicated to creating the world’s tallest tower: Dubai’s Burj Khalifa.
There’s also China’s Forbidden City, the Eiffel Tower, the London Eye, the Great Pyramid of Giza and even Montreal’s own 1000 de la Gauchetière and Place Ville-Marie.

The concept was originally designed by Ludovica Miniland and the city was built by Gilles Maheux, a former architectural designer who left his job to pursue the unique art form of miniature construction alongside his son, Steven.
The World in Mega Bloks exhibit runs until October 4.
