Severe weather created a light show over Calgary early Wednesday morning as a thunderstorm rumbled through the city.
On Tuesday night, hail hammered Redwood Meadows Golf and Country Club.

It was several centimeters deep in some places, damaging windows, skylights and windshields in the area.
Braydon Morisseau is a member of the Canadian Prairie Storm Chase Team, and he captured these images of the storm.
A severe weather warning was issued for Calgary last night – it ended around 11 p.m., but lightning continued early this morning.
Hail damage could be seen on cars in the Redwood Meadows area.
