Bosco Homes to close eight group homes

Bosco Homes is closing eight group homes for troubled youth after failing to meet a provincial ultimatum to repair relations with residents living near its Ardrossan ranch. The sudden, sweeping closure of homes in Edmonton, Stony Plain, Wetaskiwin, Innisfail and Ponoka means more than 80 children and teens will be forced to move to new group homes and treatment facilities.
